Does anyone know if it is possible to get wheel and tire insurance after you have signed your lease?

in france you loose your insurrance. i don t know in US?
if you change the brand or the size of tire, you loose your insurrance!!

I believe yes, it is money for them, they will take it away from you if you are handing them out.

They just need to change the lease contract paperwork.

Yes was able to get it done afterwards (~1 week after delivery).
