Arrow custom forged rods for F10/F90.

These are a *drop in* part. Meaning, no having to pull the crankshaft for rebalancing. Simply have your preferred mechanic pull the sump, heads, rods, and pistons, leaving the crankshaft in place, replace the rods, and have an engine capable of FAR more power without grenading.

These are custom ordered by Mr. Vanos in the UK, designed to work with your factory F10/F90 (Mahle) pistons or custom forged pistons if desired.

These are super difficult to get, as worldwide parts shortages are effecting everyone. Arrow only makes a small batch at a time.

For more info on the rods themselves, check out @Mr_Vanos_UK on instagram. They’re making crazy power numbers with these rod upgrades. Lots of information available on their page, and they’re great about answering questions via DM.

Comes with ARP fasteners, along with ACL bearings.

Still sealed in the box from Arrow. Never been opened.

Ooof. Oh wow man. I am over here trying to figure out how to do this and explain it to my wife. A great price an Mr. Vanos probably doesn't get enough mentions around here but on the other side of the pond he is doing great things. This is defintely on my radar of things to do but have not priced the pistons and engine drop yet.

Anyone out there about to build/rebuild these are a great price for sure as I have chatted with Nicola over at Mr. Vanos.
