I don't mind waiting, I wanted a different interior color than black since my last two cars had black interior

How hard is the silverstone interior color to keep clean?

The strippers color combo is perfect just don't have the premium and H/K I wanted at a minimum

YMB on silver looks amazing, I originally was looking to get YMB on S/O

Price quote....pull the trigger or room to negotiate

I've shopped the dealers within my state for a lease on a 2015 M4, and this is the best I've gotten for the car spec'ed out how I want. The sales manager sent me the below screen cap.

Obvious question: Good deal (if so I'll pull the trigger), or room to negotiate? If the latter, what would be the recommended counter-offer? BTW, I'm in Florida with 6% sales tax.

Thanks!

Since it's a 2014, I'd be pushing for a higher discount. Everything else looks okay though - base MF, fees seem okay.

I wouldn't recommend putting cash down on a lease though. You're better off doing MSD's if you want to lower the payment.

It's a 2015. Is that what you meant?

I know the residual and MF are fixed, so I'm really just curious as to whether the sales price is good and dealer isn't charging bullshit fees. I saw what the lease rates were to build a 2016 (which I'd consider since I'm in no rush), but they sck compared to the current rates on 2015's.

Below is a pic of the window sticker. Other than not having the black wheels, the car is built pretty much to my exact specs. The wheels aren't a deal breaker if I can get a great deal. The dealer is pretty far from me but they even offered to pay for a short flight to go pick it up. I'm pretty tempted unless anyone sees anything that doesn't look right.

Here's the final deal I worked out on the above car. Papers are arriving today via Fedex. I'll overnight them back and car should be here Monday (dealer is paying most of the shipping cost, just asked for $250 from me).

MSRP: $79,575
Sale : $75,199
Fees: $1542
Zero down
61% residual
FL and Miami-Dade sales tax: 7%

Monthly payment: $1,012
Due at signing: $1,320

Ive seen on some calculators an option that asks if you're a returning customer, if you are not it adds .00015 to the mf.

I looked at the lease sticky, no mention of this. Is it true if you're a new customers it tacks on .00015?

I have never heard of this. Everyone is able to get the base rate depending on credit.

Typically you'd need to know more details, i.e. are you talking an M3 or M4....reason being they have different residuals. Knowing the MF, ie. interest rate is also obviously an important variable. The fact that you didn't include that info automatically defaults to "shitty deal." Actually I can guarantee you're getting ass fucked by your dealer. If you really want to look at it, you're getting $1.5K off MSRP, putting $5k down and paying out the ass. The dealer is basically stealing money out of your pocket.

EDIT- I hit submit and then reread your post. The residual on an M4 right now is 61% for a 10k lease. You need to find out if the dealer is charging you prime rate....0013, or if there marking it up to get more money. Other than that....not sure where you live, but you should be able to get around $5k minimum off of MSRP.

The residual is 61%. I live in Seattle and for some odd reason this area rarely gives discounts.
