Leaky windshield washer fluid cap?

Has anyone noticed the washer fluid spill out of the reservoir due to leaky cap? I'm not sure if it's known issue or mine is just bad and needs a replacement cap.

I have seen some guys on here say they were losing washer fluid and it was the cap that was leaking. Guess an easy fix at least.

Yeah it's a fairly common problem. They sometimes leak when full and if they aren't sealing well, the engine bay heat evaporates the fluid too. Guys then replace the cap and all is well...
