Downpipe install couldn't be easier

For anyone on the fence on whether or not to do this themselves.. DO IT. Easiest DP install I've ever done. Every bolt is EASILY accessible and the pipes slip right out without a fuss. X5M was much much more difficult especially the F85. This was a 2 out of 10 difficulty. X5M was a 6. Worst part was when we cracked the crankcase vent tubing. $50 gaff otherwise it's melon head work. We gutted the stocks, sounds great. Took a few hours bc we had to wait for the tube, wife picked it up.

Just a heads up, nothing else to say lol.

You go under to remove the scrape and the stiffening plate. Then loosen the 4 nuts connecting the DP to the MP. Everything else is accessible from the top. So about 25 mins of work under the car and about 2 hours, taking you're time, from the top.

Too many wastegate rattle and fitment stories with these DPs, so we just gutted the stocks on the M5. The X5M we put ARs.
