MSRP was $104k.

I'm a little confused on how you got to these numbers without anything OOP.
I didn't read the entire post bc I called BS.
The Calculation I did assumed he paid the normal Drive offs. 1st payment, license and BMW ACQ Fee, OP never said he got a ZERO drive off. Still not buyer his claim, because he keeps changing the discount. Lets see him post the actual dealer spreadsheet or a copy of his Lease !!

I can't tell if this guy is trolling or not. But, would a dealer really offer 15k off from 103KMSRP? If anything they would be loosing money, LOL.

Using my calc with 88k negotiated price/ 103K MSRP, MF of 0.00076 (after the 8 MSDs), I get a payment of 890.14 and a total due at signing of $8165.14

88k with all fees included (no MACO/acquisition/title fees?) and no taxes is pretty damn good - like better than ED good, like are you sure its a MY14 good, like who is that dealer so I can buy my next car from him good. 14.5% off with no fees on a stateside sale is quite amazing -- you are like 7.5% below invoice.

In any case, I look forward to pics of the car after you buy it... I don't think you will find a better deal out there for a MY 14.
Spot on here. Techically its out of pocket, but only temporary.

On the 2013's the Holiday Credit was $4500. For the 2014's it was only $1500, so dealers could sell new 2013's way under invoice.

Congrats.

Not my car unfortunately.

Why do people intend on calling it a 2013?

It's the LCI 2014.
I'll have more information when I get a little mishap with BMW Financial figured out.

Nothing regarding the deal of course or the payment, but more on their treatment and negligence on a simple credit app.

How is this deal?

Leased about 14 cars over the past 15 years at this dealer, but he tells me he blew right through his holdback (no sales comp, house deal) on this car and basically gave it to me. He even let me build it the way I want and order it..

So here it is:

MSRP of $103825 (exec, lights, 20")
$13259 out of pocket including NJ tax, bank fee, Motor Vehicle, all other nonsense fees, and 7 multiple security deposits totaling $7700. So actual out of pocket is $5559 and includes first payment; there is $0 cap cost reduction in the OOP figure. 36 months, 12K miles per year @ $1056.00 per month.

Thoughts?

PS> I have a week 10 build date (1st week of March)..how long to get it to NY these days? A month or so? Haven't tracked a car in a few years.

Thanks.

I was offered 1010ish + monthly tax on a 36 mo lease, 12k miles per year on a 2014 similar MSRP with total of 3500 down..This was in December, I picked M6 instead...Invoice is 8% less MSRP + any manufacturer cash, plus they dipped into hold back....The one I was looking at had same option but no LED's...101,925 - 8154 - 1500 - 1000- 1271 = 90k

M6 is a nice ride. I need a sedan for bizz, or that's the direction I would have gone. I think I did OK though. I trust my dealer as they have always done the right thing for me up to and including buy backs, etc.. The numbers I posted included every darn thing out the door. It's all there, taxes, fees......Then I get my G-note back from BMW/BMWCCA too!

Very Excited. I would have thought at 42 years old I would have outgrown this BMW addiction. It just gets worse with every year I age.

My 1995 E36 M3 in Hellrot was my favorite car ever. black Vader seats. I was in my early 20's with a new ride like that. What a great time. I was even willing to shift the transmission at that age!!!

I traded it in on an E39 1997 540i 6 speed "sport". I guess I thought I was growing up. Wish I still had that M3. The best ever!

Well, I am thinking they probably wouldn't want me to advertise the dealership considering its something they did for me as a very loyal customer (and a friend). But it was in Northern NJ. It wasn't Prestige (always a bad deal), or Tenafly, or Bloomfield, or Paul Miller (good deals at times) or any of those more "western" dealers like Roxbury, JMK, Morristown, etc.

They are a great team of people who have done the right thing by me for decades. Service team are like masters of their trade. Never give me a hard time.

I am really not trying to be a wise guy. I just don't want to put my dealer in a bad spot by calling out the dealership by name. I just wanted validation that I got a good deal, I think I sure did.
