That's one of the best two fin rear diffusers I've seen,I've got make a decision about mine but I know it will be a two fin one.
How easy/hard was it to take the fender off.
It was pretty easy to take off the bumper (compared to other cars I've worked on). I did it alone but highly recommend having two people.

1) remove the three screws under the car that's connected to the diffuser
2) remove three screws from each side in the fender wall. I had to jack up my car in order for the wrench to have enough clearance
3) remove one screws from each side next to the mufflers (it's on the inside of the car)
4) remove the black trim in the trunk and pull out the tab on each side
5) starting on one side, pull the bumper back (it does require a good amount of force)
6) carefully take out the rear parking sensors as you pull the bumper back

Install the diffuser and repeat in reverse order

Doesn't sound too bad so about 4-5 hours should do it.

Nah. Total time for me to take off the bumper, install the diffuser and reinstall the bumper was 1 hour 10 mins.

Got some photos after the install but after these photos, I went back to the muffler shop and moved the tips back an inch

Putting all that info in the HUD is great. Don't forget to code the trunk closing from the fob.

Nice! I've been looking to replace my faded M sticker for a while. Can I ask where you ordered the sticker from and is it high heat resistant? Thanks.

I got them from ebay. I found the link on M5 forums so I'm going to trust they hold up.

Been a while since I've posted on here. So got a new spoiler, it's psm styled. Overall install was okay. It was a pain to get all the sticky residue off the car but overall, it wasn't that hard

Nice, did you use adhesive remover for the residue?
