Anyone running there off the shelf stg2 tune with catless downpipes?

What's it like and anyone seen dyno figures?

im running their OTS stage 2 on 91oct and made 640RWHP and 680trq. current mods are catless downpipes, MSR intakes and miesterchaft axle back exhaust. it was really hot and humid when i dyno'd so i will be going back on a cooler day. im sure she'll make over 650+ rwhp on a cooler day.

well get a custom tune for meth if you want to be "fast"

ots isn't going to get you there.

i just got bm3 installed on my car with the ots stage 2 map and it was a noticeable difference. before it had power down low and then just dropped. now it just pulls all the way to redline

too bad is doesn't have the burple unless its a custom map

Thanks for this thread. I currently have intakes and will be getting catless downpipes. I’m running a BMS Stage 1 Tune. Im hoping when I go BM3 OTS stg 2 I’ll know the difference.

Can you elaborate on this? BootMod3 on the F8X M3/M4 allowed users to customize the burble.

Is that not an option with BM3 on the F10 M5? That was one of the main reasons I was eyeing this tune. I had a JB4 on my M4.

Are there any off the shelf options that do?

currently bm3 doesn't offer burples for our cars. if we wanted to add burples we would have to get a custom tune with the burples feature installed. i think HC performance sells an OTS map with burples but they want $500 which isn't worth it imo for a modified OTS map.

on the m3/4 they have factory burble on the car already and the bm3 just makes it more aggressive and tunable. on the m5 it never had it. so custom map just to have it. but at $500 its not worth it.

sucks for us. hopefully protuningfreaks will make a ots stage 2 map with burples. i saw on their fb page that they are making a boost by gear setup for the f10 m5

but hopefully protuningfreaks will take the maps off the f90 m5 and use those for future maps for f10 m5. they both run the same motor and the new f90 m5 has factory burble. we can only hope for now.

Openflash says their tune will come with burble/Pops option as part of their OTS tune.

BM3 can make OTS maps with burble option easy by Halim, but you know paying $500 extra is good lol
