For how long though....... : if the numbers keep rising over the next few weeks, I'm sure Boris will have no choice but to enforce a lockdown, possibly for 2 weeks or more.?.? Don't think he will shut businesses as he wants the revenues, but he could lock us down possibly during the upcoming half term....

I’m finding the logic of any of it barmy. The main reason we are recording more cases is because we are testing exponentially more people than we were the last go around. Maths is funny like that. By this stage in a national emergency I would expect a bit more specific detail around the response. I was masked up in a certain fairly busy area in the NW two days ago and I 5h1t you not, I was the only person wearing a mask in a fairly big crowd of people relaxing in the shops/coffee houses in the working day.
We had an appalling toll last time because it swept through care homes hitting really vulnerable people. It’s almost like everyone plans to just forget this. If we don’t find a way of working and spending like the old days quickly there won’t be an economy left. In thousands of years archaeologists will dig up an M5 and wonder why we needed 600bhp to go to the off licence. |

^ On top of all that we are bombarded more so than ever by tv ads for funerals..save money and be cremated lol give away our hard earnt money to charity and lets not forget the endless ones to pay our taxes to Sunak in an efficient way by the tattood git so he can waste it on more hare brained schemes after already being many years on austerity.

Lock down is a total joke as the figures have backed up time and time again, remember August and eating out, so long as hospitality take the right measures I am happy to support. I feel we are being primed for an extended wait ie next April, furloughs, bounce back extended etc, etc,
Ps, how can an areas in Tier 1 go to a tier 3 with a lock down in between |

And we're hoping for tier 2..... rates fallen loads over last 6 weeks, yet as I explained the media are now saying they are on the rise! : it does feel like we are being stitched up by Boris!
