Blurry Side Camera

I have the side cameras just in front of the front wheel well to help in curb approaches. They have become quite blurry. I think the are oxidized but not sure. Has any one experienced this? Are they cleanable? With what would you clean them?

You have tried to wipe the cameras clean with a damp micro fiber cloth? They're under your mirrors.
