Excellent customer service. I placed an order for coding late last week, cable and thumb drive arrived early this week, and Alex was able to schedule me next day for coding.

I consider myself computer literate, but this coding stuff is just beyond my comfort level. We were initially working through a Macbook Pro, but were having communication problems. Alex took the time to evaluate the situation, switch over to my wife's Windows based laptop, and complete the work. Pretty cool to have your car worked on from 3 time zones away.

Anyway, Alex had no problem programming everything that I asked for, including the timing and settings for different coding options. Excellent value and money well spent. All the coding is working well. Thanks Alex!
