I'm still waiting for protuningfreaks to look at some logs for me aswell.

When you do a log you start off in a single gear, throttle 100% until redline then off, or as close to redline as you can, easy for me as I was on a dyno.
That way you can monitor everything under full throttle, at least that's how I've been informed. Yours looks like you were on and off the throttle.
