Getting ready to sell :(

Hi guys,
I love my F10 M5 but I’m trying to get a bigger house and think it’s time to let it go. Vehicle is very clean and well maintained by my local dealer. I was wondering what would be a good starting point. I appreciate any help you guys could give.
