crap !

Exhaust..... could be, something was feeding it realllyyyy goood. yellow flames = plastic ( all sorts ) fuel ( gas ) could be as well but he would have drivability problems ( fuel starvation ) did not seem to be a problem.
But did it ever go up in flames quick !

Likely total loss; it kept reigniting; definite fuel line leak? Perhaps onto the hot exhaust? Lucky it didn't explode....wow

I counted 5 fire extinguishers, and 6th one was being handed out at the end of the video. Also, they were asking people to run to nearby hotel and ask for one. One of the guys was calling the firefighters near 3 min mark.

In case if anyone was wondering, my rough translation near 4 min mark (minus bunch of "blyat"s):

BikerDude: Holy crap dude I saw it happen right in front of me. I was showing you it was burning

M5Driver: Yeah I know, I took off to extinguish it

BikerChick: Why the hell did you drove off, you should've stopped right there
M5Driver: I was hoping it would kill the fire

Foolish for driving the car could have exploded! Looks like a fuel leak of some kind based on the amount of flames. As he drove the fire got bigger which leads to injectors pushing out more fuel just an observation. Here's the full video, now he's an idiot because he opens the hood on a burning car ........not worth dying over.
