Just putting the meth after the IC core makes a huge difference!

So far Allmotor_2000 has done some preliminary testing, and the results look very promising.. Keep in mind this is cooling a 1000+hp car.

Also we just did our 1st custom color charge air cooler set.

Also getting my Agency Power vented carbon fiber hood installed - should have it painted, and the car back tomorrow or the next day (hopefully)

The hood was very good quality, nice clear coat, and fit pretty well.. However if you want to have OEM-level fitment, you'll need to take it to an experienced body shop to properly level it, align it, and make sure it closes just like the OEM hood and lines up against the front bumper properly... I'm not taking any shortcuts with my build and i'm OCD so paying attention to all of the details - also having the body shop transfer all of the BMW stickers from the OEM hood over to the underside of the new hood.

@allmotor_2000 better cooling with meth injected directly into the IC over charge pipe?

So you've logged the IATs with the CSF IC, but without spraying meth?

Not yet... didn’t drive it around much after the IC install. Will do more logs at similar boost levels with and without meth shortly.

I too would like to see some data of the intercoolers operating without water injection. Or meth. I believe Allmotor is running pure methanol.
But if most applications are running water or 50/50 then the results should vary.
Stoked to see a finished product to help keep temperatures lower, now just need some data

It’s not that these IC’s will run cooler than stock on the first pass. It’s the ability to handle heat soak. The benefits will come during a 1/2 mile, 1 mile WOT runs or just back to back pulls.

Secondly the core size and airflow should be significantly higher. Will have dyno numbers soon once I break in the clutch. While it’s not quite apples to apples (pre vs post IC meth), it does illustrate the overall benefits.

Got my Agency Power hood installed and painted.

Also worked with IND Distribution on OEM roundels for front&back with chrome delete outside ring in gloss black instead.

The body shop did a really good job on the hood, but they forgot to affix the bottom splitter properly when installing the front bumper again, and that didn't last long on the car after picking it up!

O well... car problems!!

Waiting on new wheels and then will also be wrapping the roof in gloss black + fixing a few more things. Still need to get my M Performance steering wheel working correctly.
