M5 f10 unregulated motor

Hi, I purchased a fantastic m5 f10 from 2013 completely original and official service bmw with 80000km, driven for the first 2 months in the original configuration then reading the potential of this engine I decided to run the stage 2 which should have about 720cv also replacing the cat with downpipe + sports filters with pipercros panel and sports exhaust and of course remapping the ecus.
I drove for some time without having problems but one day I noticed that the minimum lost a few strokes and seemed rough to go up to 2800 rpm as if it were losing strokes, it was as if the engine
was not aligned, I immediately did a search and I read about the various problems on the injectors, bobbins and candles so I decided to replace all the 8 injectors encoding them + bobbins and spark also making the gap at 0.18, but the problem remains, the car goes fast and no engine warning light comes on and no recovery I have dtc in diagnosis, I cleaned the maf because they were dirty with oil but nothing to do, I tried to reset some things like vanos etc and it seems that the problem had disappeared but after a tirade the problem starts again.
I performed a compression test and measured the height of the connecting rods to see if any connecting rods had bent and everything was ok, what do you think it could be?

I did the test to disconnect the two maf connectors and like magic the car is fine, at this point I think they could be the faulty maf.

Sounds like bad MAF's. If they were oily, cleaning them usually doesn't work (at least not for long). I would replace both MAF's.

Thanks for the reply, I ordered them, as soon as they arrive I try them and we hope that I solve the problem.

Most issues with M5s seem to appear when Cats are removed, stage 1 tunes normally seem not to cause issues its when pushing for more that the M5 gets more problematic
