Program new fuel injectors this would happen

Could be MAF's?

A little more context? How long since engine was installed, etc. Maybe they forgot to plug in one of the MAF's...

Check all that a vacuum leak I haven’t checked but if there was a leak that big I would hear it and the car Idols smooth

The injections all read 214.99
