F10 done soon :( and then there was a choice....

Budget is 100K. Current lease payments for the '16 Comp F10 fully loaded (no NV) was ~$1250. It's been a good ride, no complaints besides hating to take speed bumps in the car lol.

I'd prefer to go certified pre-owned, but if you guys can think of a similarly situated car as the F10 (performance wise) with which I can pay monthly +/- $1500/mo -- then I'm all ears.

Sedan is preferred, but I don't mind a 2dr either -- I just want the car to be unique to the public eye.

I've considered:

'07 F430 Berlinetta (Non-CPO)
'17-'18 M6 GC (CPO)
'16 AMG GTs (CPO)
'12 FF (a bit of a reach -- but man, quite practical for a 2+2 and solid trunk *******
'18 amg e63s
'14-'15 Audi R8 v10
'17 RS7
-a used, well-sorted, porsche 911 turbo s under 100K

I know it may seem like I'm all over the board, but this community has so much knowledge I'd like to tap into based upon their other non-BMW stable horses and/or past vehicles driven.

Thanks for your help. The GC is very much in the front running FYI. Honestly I just wished someone reputable would have a running list of best performance cars to buy used which can go sub 3.5 seconds and have livable technological standards all under 100K hahaha.

Not my design style and taste but if you're just looking for brutal speed under 100K, consider a Nismo GTR or GTR Track Edition.

Yeah...we share the same sentiment. I cannot be driving a nissan after being spoiled by BMW's "luxury". Similarly, to how Jeremy Clarkson loves the LFA but wouldn't drive it because it's a "lexus" -- the nissan days are over for me.

Any thoughts on best Porsche to get into under 100K? I see some nice Turbo S's on the market. Just don't know which year was the best.

FF is am absolute bargain for what it is. A good friend of mine is currently looking for a very specific one. I've heard quite a few stories of people daily driving them year-round and absolutely loving it.

+1 for the FF. Not everyone's Ferrari but like you said, it's special. If you go Ferrari financing it could be doable. I'm looking at a '14 FF for $150k and throwing $30k at it, falling at somewhere around ~$1,400/mo. Since all Ferrari's have 7 years maintenance, then if from a Ferrari dealer you get 2 years Power warranty...potentially very little cost of ownership for a couple years without that massive TANK in value you'd get from some other options.

Nice, Darkshear , interesting figures. You sound like SHMEE's video where he breaks down his ownership of the FF + financing terms RE: balloon at end of financing term.

I absolutely LOVE the way that car looks. Let's chat, I frequent Tampa and located in Orlando. Let's see if we can get a 2 for 1 deal!! Who are you working with? And how far along are you in the process?

Link:

Any FF owners on the forum that can chime in on whether the FF is a good buy?

Yeah the balloon option is viable since the FF is at the apex of its depreciation curve. I'm working with Ferrari of Tampa Bay, but it's basically going to take however long it takes. I gave them the green light to find me one--they have 10 months before the warranty on the M5 is up and I have to do something. At this point we start watching the entire US for cars and my store here starts asking owners if they'd like to part with their car lol. So right now it's a waiting game. When the car comes along, it will get very serious very quickly.

I'm not too keen on the FF's back end, just my opinion but give me a 430 anytime in Rosso Red

I'd like to take a step back to ask what type of driving is this going to be primarily used for and are you into modifications?

ILLuSioNz X daily driver (or majority of the week driver). No kids, no mods. Might do an exhaust but that's it.

Thanks for that, the reason I asked is because I am a big fan the new E63s after an retune.

Option 1:
https://www.amsperformance.com/cart/...amg-tune.html/

Option 2:
https://www.eurocharged.com/products...o-or-m177-2018

Throw on an exhaust (or remove the cats) and you've got an amazing daily driver that retains the same type of practicality as your prior F10 M5.

Don't these void warranty? If there is a tune that I'd consider, it would be Dinan -- one that doesn't void warranty.

Does AMG have something similar to Dinan?

Considering how much fun you can get out of the newer e63s, I'd say its worth the hassle of removing the flash tune in the event you need warranty services.
