Customer service for Video in Motion?

I had some issues with my car and it resulted in a reset of the whole computer and software and everything, and my Video in Motion got removed. I'm having trouble reinstalling it. Has anyone dealt with the http://bimmerguru.com customer service people?

I have and I would recommend them. Their customer service is great. My whole experience with them was pleasant. They are definitely a great company.

Thanks, man. I was hoping that it would turn out to be good service. It was great; I was even able to get through on a weekend to get it fixed!
