Shit. Kovacic is out for "weeks" with a hamstring injury in training. I did not know this. That is a huge loss for Chelsea because he's been the constant in the midfield with his precision passing.

Chelsea won today 3-0 against New Castle. It was a 3-4-2-1 with Havertz up front. Midfield was Chilwell, Kante, Jorginho, James. James x2 and Jorginho penalty were the goals. Liverpool tied and Man City lost. Chelsea ahead of Liverpool by 3 and 5 ahead of City.

Apparently Pulisic has been ruled "healthy" and is traveling with the team to take on Malmo in the Champions League match tomorrow. I for one will not be at all surprised if Pulisic breaks a leg if someone sneezes on him or in his general direction. I've lost complete faith in him and his body of glass.

He should probably go to the Bundesliga where they apparently don't tackle people or play aggressively.
Note that Werner is a scoring machine in the Bundesliga but can't score in the EPL.

You mean Cornet? Meh, it didn't have power. Chelsea should've scored 3 or 4 goals at least with the amount of possession they had and the shots on goal. Terrible lack of finishing. At least Liverpool lost today.

Yeah Chelsea had an excellent match today. Maybe the best so far this season. They were rock solid and their passing and speed was crazy good. Ziyech got the assist for Pulisic for their 3rd goal. It was an awesome play. Chelsea should have scored another 2 or 3 goals but they kept going offsides.

I watched the game Ziyech played well, Kante was a stud, and Chillwell just keeps making it hard for Alonso to make it into this squad. Pulisic was great and I hope we sell him before he gets injured again lol

Please don't jinx it! Lol. Pulisic seems to be in great form at the moment let's seriously hope he stays healthy. He played a big role in the recent win for the USMNT in WC qualifying in his previous game against Mexico by scoring a goal within a short period of playing time. Bodes well.

I don't think any team in the EPL has such wealth of talent overall and depth on the bench. If they don't win the title that would be a major letdown.

HAHA you are right! And I agree our depth is ridiculous, I cant imagine when Lukaku and Werner are fit again. Tuchel has so many choices in every position!

This Sunday @ 8:30am PT is Chelsea vs Man U at Stamford Bridge. Ref is Anthony Taylor. Will the ref(Guys has a bad history with Chelsea) matter if Man U have an interim coach?

He has been a stud, read some rumors that Chillwell could be out for the rest of the season with an ACL injury, hopefully it isnt that, hes played so well this season.

Yeah I can't believe how incredible James has been the past several weeks, especially the past few. Did you know he's the team's leading scorer now? LOL.

That's really bad news about Chilwell. He has been playing great as well and the reason we haven't seen Marcos Alonso in a while. Well I suppose the good thing is Chelsea has such a deep bench that it won't be a big drop off in performance. How about Trevoh Chalobah? Man this team has really come together nicely.

I think they should wear those yellow unis more often.
