As a good as the visually spectacle of Yas Marina is at night, the Brazilian GP would be far better suited as the last race again just for the overtaking opportunities and how RUS and VER were fighting and imagine that if a championship were on the line.

More overtakes at the Brazil GP that any other circuit since 2017, bottom of the chats the terrible and should be removed Monaco.

Good fun race and lots of action today, should be good for tomorrow. We need more circuits with nice elevation changes than some of the dull flat efforts we seem to be getting.

I couldn't fight George with my mediums , because I had no grip .
Even if we ran today with softs the Mercedes would be too fast for us ...
This means 2 sets of softs for the race and we'll see what that brings to us .

In the standings ,Ferrari will lose it from Mercedes as well .

After the sprintrace it's always park-ferme .

So , I think they can't do much .

But !
In the race with the 2 sets of softs for MAX , they can do hopefully something with the tire strategy .
Won't be easy anyhow , because the Merc's topspeed was bullet fast !

Also look how the gov body suddenly came in and punished Alonso when stewards would have let it go as a racing incident.
Looking the bigger picture overall to get answers have Merc been naughtily working on their cars during the two week break keeping in mind what was there 3 races ago and it's known to be a 'Merc track' (as Wolff was saying before) now as demonstrated by HAM last year if it is a one off for them.
With just 10% of rain forecast at the mo and Ferrari starting 8-9 I do agree it's looking bleak and the full race distance isn't looking good for the bulls but the weather can change here whatever the prognosis.

It looks bad but we'll see how it goes throughout the race. That the tires went off quickly on the bulls is concerning as the softs were lasting longer at previous tracks while the Mercs tires went off and they had hards on. It may just be this track.
