how long it takes to change downpipe?

Hi, I just got a quote from my local tuner for install downpipe and KW sleeve kit, 7 hours for downpipe and 5 hours for suspension. Is it real that downpipe need that much time to install? And also the suspension, any thoughts?

They are both tough installs but that seems a bit exaggerated.

BMW flat rate is 7.8 hours, just paid through the nose to have it done.

Downpipes can take anywhere from 3-4 hours, I suspect the same with the KW's as well.

3 hours for the DP's only if the shop has done it at least once before.

I did the downpipes myself and alltogether took me 4 hours without having instructions. It's very straightforward and people overhype the complexity of the job.

Downpipe is most likely 3-4 hours job, if you have done that before, it will be 2-3 hrs. Suspension is reasonable 4-5 hours.
