Hello Folks,

It is a fairly common issue (or at least not an uncommon one). There is a service bulletin out there and the fix is pretty straightforward. You should be able to find the information if you do a search.

Got this TSB done, but the buzzing sound still in there.
Taking the car back in next week.

Any suggestions? what else can it be?

Yes, center and two front doors rattle or buzz under certain frequencies. Especially when talking on the phone. Had them replaced and it still continued. I had started a thread awhile ago on this. Some people had no issues, some had the exact same. I heard there is a bulletin about it and the dealer installs a piece of felt or something to combat it. I have not been to the dealer yet.

That is probably due to the "active sound" feature. My car is coded and I shut that off.

If you shut that off you wont be able to hear the exhaust right?

No you still can. I did put a aftermarket exhaust on my car because I just think the car is a bit on the quiet side.

I don't think it is the active exhaust sound. I don't have this issue. I think there is either a problem with your speaker or you have some interference related to some other accessory.

I get an occasional buzzing sound from the footwell which is related to my GPS tracker. Doesn't bother me. However with the center speaker it would bother me.

I now have the center and front two speaker rattle. It's not horrible but notable. It's sounds like something was left on the door bins but they are empty. Phone calls at mid to high volume really sounds like crap.

Did not sound like that before now.

@stealth.pilot can you please let me know if you have disabled ASD after installing the exhaust?

I had an envelop on one of the woofers causing a rattle,

They also did the SIB for the center one to stop that rattling have them look into all that kinda stuff.
