Colors debacle

8 colours for a car that will basically cost £100k new!!

BMW really do short change us when it comes to colours and alloys

More options will come as this car gets launched I guess (Individual).

Long Beach Blue/Donington on Aragon = best combo

You may request any custom color of your liking with the individual program and choose what is looking for.

In my opinion BMW M has its philosophy of offering selected colors that demonstrate the performance of the car.

If it is a very nice and balanced combination. Long Beach Blue is a very sexy color.

I like the Singapore Gray because it is an aggressive color, for an aggressive vehicle... before al these X5M/X6M pics lit up our favorite forum, I already envisioned my next car in 2016 would be a dark, flat gray color on the exterior.

The Donington Grey is a nice color, but a bit too bright for my taste. The silverstone might be an alternative, although I would like it if it was a shade or two darker for a more "fighter Jet" appearance.

Ultimately, it would have been nice if BMW offered a few more color options other than 2 Blacks, 2 Whites, only 1 blue or 1 red ( i always liked vermillion red) and then 2 gray which are not that far apart.

I know that digital pics and what the eye see can vary in person, so we will see these colors in real life, hopefully very soon!

You can go to the Individual program where you can order the desired color, you may get lucky with the dark gray. I miss to mention something else that is available in Single. Also there are 2 options exclusive Azurite Black color denoting power or Pyrite Brown is very unique.

I agree, 2 blacks, 2 whites, and 2 greys plus a red and blue aren't really options at all.

Anyone else notice that the cool new seats seem to disappear in the configurator when an individual leather option is selected? That's a real shame and potentially a deal breaker for many I would assume...

You think the same as me. I wanted Singapore Grey on a F80 for exactly the same reason. Ultimately I settled for YMB.

I find it odd what you said. I personally have no problem and I can configure the Individual seats.

Long Beach Blue is amazingly different and gives a sporty look to the X6M.

Depending on the conditions of direct sunlight changes from pure blue to blue-green.

BMW X1

I have a strange odd coming out of my heat and a/c vents. It is actually making me sick to my stomach. I have taking my car to dealer numerous time three times to be exact and they say they don't smell it. The problem is that after I drive it with the windows down the smell lessen. I have left the car overnight because when you first start the car the smell is awful. They said that there was some leaves in the vents that could be the problem but to anvail. The BMW corporate office suggested taking it to another dealer, I will do that but again after driving 5-l0 miles the smell is not as strong. I don't what else to do I have allergies and I know that smell is not good to breave.
Would someone please help me. Thanks

Dear Carolyn,

You should be relaxed and calm to solve this problem.
I recommend you go to another dealer who can offer a solution to your situation.
If the problem continues, contact me at my email adrbck@gmail.com and I'll help you with your problem.
