ER chargepipe is the 2009+ style, but will fit any N54. It is anodized black and was $579.95 + shipping new. Only has 400-500 miles on it and looks like it just came out the box, as you can see.

The HPF intercooler requires cutting to fit. It does use the stock intercooler connectors though.

How much cutting? Just trimming plastic or something more involved? I'm a shadetree mechanic at best and don't want to buy a part I can't install myself..

Just a little bit of the shroud, no big deal. You can find the exact instructions on youtube. HPF put up a video detailing the install, its a very good video.
