Nor cal dealer for service

Hey gents, time to schedule an oil change. Also discovered I have the horrible soda can crunch noise. Any dealers in NorCal willing to replace the brake shields without a fight. Heard it probably 5-7 times in the last 300 mi, but hard to reproduce.

If you're not too far from Concord BMW, ask for Joey Tiongson and request Mert as a technician.

I got mine changed at Peter Pan without issue. Ask for Kenny.

Bumping this to see which dealership in the Bay Area is recommended for the 1200 miles service. I know it's just a check up and an oil change but I'd like to go to a dealership that anyone had a great experience with. Looking at the reviews of most BMW dealerships in the Bay, it looks like all of the dealerships service dept has bad reviews. Charlie@McKennaBMWService wish you were around here.
