Do you have the cradle inside your armrest console? Pretty sure that is an error in the brochure (it being standard, likewise the drivers side dash compartment), didn't come in my LCI and from memory other LCI buyers didn't get it. I have seen a BMW AU email from Oct 17 listing the Wireless Charging Adaptor as a $220 rrp local option.

well that sucks haha
any chance of getting the charger from bmw?
i was hoping for a more built in design, but somethings better than nothing i guess.. seeing as though the brochure was misleading and all..

No, it's not available on AU models. Please refer to this thread - https://f87.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1427383

If you want to chase it up, described as "Wireless Charging Adapter", part #84102449887, rrp $220. Looked identical to the wireless charging option fitted in the armrest compartment in overseas cars. Of course it could be another BMW AU mistake saying it's available for our cars.

I had the wireless cradle installed at the dealer while I waited...they did not charge for the installation. Very functional and holds the phone nicely in place I have a thick otter case and it works perfectly
