MSport wheels

Do you think the 20” wheel option will look OK on the MSport design? I thought the 19’s on the F15 MSport looked to small and thin which made the whole car look odd. I know it’s early, but wanted to gather opinions. I live north and don’t find switching tires and/or wheels for the winter season appealing or practical.

If you think 19 are to small on F15 you're probable going to think 20 is to small on the G05. They changed the design so 21 is the new 20

Use the configurator - the composite build photo is pretty accurate and gives a pretty good impression of how a wheel option will look. Configure your build with each wheel option, snip the image and save, repeat. Then page through the images.

IMHO, close toss up between 20" and 21" (MHO best option), 22" wheels on an X5 are way too much bling.

As for wheel styles being offered at launch I pretty much hate them all. Add the absence of any black option, wheels are probably the most disappointing style/design about the new G03 X5. Just my $.02 worth.

I went with 21 on f15 m sport and regretted it. 20 would have been the right call. 19 look silly 20 looked good 21 looked very good (that stance from the rear with lambo wide tires lol) but the ride was bad, especially on bad on bumps. I went with 21 on g05 cos that's like 20 on f15. However from some articles here it seems the rears are not as wide as before but I hope it still looks as aggressive as f15.

Rear tires on the staggered setup are now 315s instead of 325s. That is still a ton of meat back there!! More than my ZL1 which has 305s.

We went with the 21” 741Ms, 22” too much for crappy CA roads.

In Canada I noticed the 741m wheels are standard with the msport package.

19"s on the F15 M sport definitely looked small. The design of the new bi-color 740M on the G05 looks sporty yet sophisticated. You should go with what's best for you. I find swapping out tires/wheels not practical also. Especially on the new 21 since there's not/hardly any tire options for it yet.
