Disaster, After Disaster, After Disaster!

Anyone find that you get through one bad patch for another to come along again almost straight afterwards?

Just as I thought everything was fine I find it isn't at all now just completely and utterly fed up, nothing has gone right for about a year now thought all that was over and time for the new but oh no just another bloody disaster.

Really don't know how to get out of all this and MOVE ON seems no matter what I do nothing works, just end up in a worse situation than I did to start with.

Sorry about the rant just oh so very annoyed and fed up.

LOL! Was really looking forward to New Year, not now though, thought I was getting on with it again not the case.

Looks like 2009 - just the same shit as 2008. Completely and utterly had enough.

Anyway happy new year, squeeze, hope you have a better one.

Surely can't be that bad Porscha - what's happened now?

Maybe put things into perspective, because as you become older, more shit can come your way. It's the ability to deal with it and learn from your mistakes that gets you through...........oh family and friends as well.

Just stuff thats cost me a lot of money, basically nearly all my Pre-SC 911 fund has gone so got to start again almost from scratch, instead of having nearly half.

My ability to deal with stuff is not very good and I just tend to completely panic about stuff lol! Been learning from my mistakes this past year and don't want anymore of it because it is just invading my life all for one stupid mistake!

On the plus side off to Spain on Sunday

Right ok, so not the end of the world as we know it then!

If this Pre-SC 911 fund has gone tits up then time to start again, apply yourself to maintain and see this goal through to the end, no matter what you have to sacrifice in the meantime. Prioritise basically - boring but necessary.

No point in bullshitting you, there will be more mistakes - end of - why? 'cos you're human. Just pride yourself on making as few mistakes as possible through forward planning, common sense and being rational and not 'head in the clouds'. You'd get on with my little sis actually. Yep, I'm the boring one lol.

Not everyone is buggering off to Spain on Sunday either.

If someone close to you is seriously ill, that's a disaster.

If you suffer a life changing injury, that's a disaster.

Anything else just isn't important.

Life is full of problems and setbacks, but as long as your body works and your friends and family are healthy none of it matters.

We are so bloody lucky in this country, we have everything we could possibly need, but people still complain and moan.

Have you blown all your cash on that fancy Apple Mac, photo gear and a holiday or spent it on shoes and handbags in the sales?

Sorry Carlos, but everything Simon said is true imo.

The 'current shite' in this country will eventually pass, just that it's 'raw' at the moment because we've had years of prosperity. In fact if you're still working and will continue to be in gainful employment then with a reduction in mortgage interest rates etc. things are not that bad.

Goes without saying that for those who have been made redundant life is shite. Simon was merely trying to put things into perspective relative to Porscha's circumstances in as much as she's told us.
