Engine Light
2008 335i
My engine light came on while i was driving. I pulled over and shut the car off and turned it back on and it wasn't there. What can be the problem?? Anyone had this problem?? |

if the engine light is gone....no need to worry until it comes back again.....and if you have no tune...bring it to dealership to run code to see what triggered it...

It's got about 15,XXX Km and i always use Shell V-Power. I made an appointment with the dealer, but it's next week, so i'll update you guys on what went wrong, but the car is running fine.

So i took it to the dealership this morning and left it there, was called by the Service rep. in the evening and told something was wrong with the camshaft and will be fixing that and it will be reprogrammed. I should be getting the car back tomorrow noon. I'll update on what exactly went wrong. Anyone had this type of issue?? These are covered under the warranty rite?

i had my engine light on for 3 freaking times.
1st time i was told fuel pump 2nd, zone 2 injector and spark plug 3rd, ALL injector and spark plugs and reprogrammed. now it's fine... hopefully |
