Your best bet is to check with your local dealer and compare it with tischer's pricing.

How is Tisher with the shipping and duty to Canada, I did find their site so if I cant source it in Canada that will be my next choice.

Take the advantage of the dollar and just order it from Tischer.

It can be purchased in Canada for LESS, much LESS than Tischer ... Look for my older post on the Group buy.

Yeah Kosaic and a guy in Calgary can get them for a very good price...

Tischer can send USPS, so taxes will just be 13% plus maybe $5 for brokerage. It will be more if you use Fed-Ex Group or UPS Group

$870 tax in is a great price, but I opted not to wait for the group buy. Pulled the trigger today and ordered one from a local BMW dealership, they are currently on "sale" for $900 which is better than the Canadian MSRP of $1271. Funny thing was that I seen the screen the parts person was on when checking inventory so as a reference for the price for anyone in the future the "dealer cost" was listed at 717.00 Canadian. All things considered with the exchange right now and if you don’t want to wait to get a group together it’s on par with ordering from the US considering exchange, duty, and shipping.
Will post some pics when I install (5 ~ 10 day on delivery) I also recently put in the Portable navigation Pro system from BMW so I will include that also as I could not find any decent close up pictures before I picked up mine.

And thanks to all that offered advice, much appreciated!

Its all dealers right now, called three in the GTA to confirm the price today and all said it was on sale for 900. Only down side is it is sold out in Canada and the US so its an order from Germany with 5 ~ 7 working days for delivery and each dealer told me the same thing.

If he ordered it then he is good. According to BMW, any order placed that isn't in stock the time it is placed, they will value the price they gave when it does come in.
