hey guys, just be careful when you drive on Kingways near Metrotown area. There is a lots of undercover car/van that has a "N" sign sticking at the back of their cars.

I've seen this a few years ago. Undercover cop using an american van with 'N' sign. This is just cheap tactic if you ask me.

saw this kind of cars on the street several times...they are undercovers, i saw a cop got off those cars once on the street!!

to me..this is just dirty...they might as well use the time and energy to think of undercover tricks on how to solve crimes in vancouver...but i have seen this type of cop car too..the weirdest one i have seen is a really old ford truck(old as in early 90s to mid 90s) on knight street that really surprise me...

damnit we pay good tax money only for these guys to come up with these lame ways to catch innocent civilians on the road. The REAL criminals are out there selling guns, drugs and prostitution.

^not true. some do.

easiest way to tell is normally the tinted out rear windows, and i mean totally tinted out darkest you can get all around except the fronts. Most of them will be a GM vehicle, usually a Suburban, Tahoe, Avalanche and a couple minivans. At least that is the case out here/

beware of a white tinted out volvo in burnaby area. the volvo is a 1995-2000 model year. i saw it back two years ago but I would have never imagine it being an undercover.

there's also a mini-cooper and STi roaming around in the vancouver area too, so cops no longer use the regular american cars anymore.

i've seen those vans before on kingsway going back and forth infront of the metrotown area pulling people over all day, thats all that van does, ive seen it several times at night in that area

gangs, drugs, homelessness, etc... just a few problems Vancouver is dealing with recently

I even saw a minivan with "L" sign that was RCMP undercover on #1 hwy.

but how does pulling people over for having loud exhaust solve any of those problems?

The RCMP is too scared to face the real criminals, so they spend their days handing out tickets. Just look at the polish guy at the airport, it took five RCMP officers with taser guns to restrain this unarmed man, and ended up killing him too.
