how to make your DRL bright white?

Sorry, I search the DIY and nothing at all.
I know in BC this is an ICBC standard by-law that cars should have DRL on all the time.
I am not trying to disable DRL
I just want to find out is there a possible way to run these DRL in full wattage so it becomes white color instead of the half intensity yellow color.
I have white color H7 bulbs in my low beam, white color angel bulbs
and it doesn't make any sense if the DRL is yellow, does it?

i think they have this resistor to cut half of the wattage of the DRL...so i think you may need to do something on the resistor!!

what kinda PIAA bulbs you got?
go with the PIAA spark blue 7500k
or PIAA Spark plasma 8000k

you need at least a 6000k rating for it to look white

Thinking about changing to a whiter DRL as well.. but won't this make the stock angel eyes more yellow than the DRLs? Not sure if this is a good thing or not, haven't really thought of how the contrast would look.

Convert the system to full 14V alternator voltage.
