Mate that is really impressive!! Well done

I'm looking through your mods and there is nothing that hasn't already been done before. Does LSD really help with your times in your experience?

well that was my first time running it on that day...
i've driven an auto 335i with the same as my mods, on the streets when i kick down, it keeps spinning... even if i'm driving 60mph and kick it, it burns like hell... my 135i doesn't do that even if i am rolling at low mph and kick it...
here is a video of my car running on the streets, you can compare it to yours...

Thanks for the video link. Your launches seem very clean off the line. I'll definitely have to consider the LSD later down the track.

Your 60 foot is 1.6* sec which is amazing!!

I was about to say the same thing. One of the best camera angles I've seen so far, I don't know why others don't do this.

does the VP MS103 consider as a race gas?
it's just unleaded 99 octane which some contries got it at their gas stations!

i just thought that higher than 100 octane and leaded gas are called race gas..

yes, it's 107 MON, 99 RON... as per VP website...

(MON+RON/2) = Pump octane number
so (107+99/2)= 103

1. OCTANE - The rating of fuels’ ability to resist detonation and/or preignition. Octane is rated in Research Octane Numbers (RON), Motor Octane Numbers (MON), and Pump Octane Numbers (R+M/2). Pump Octane Numbers are what you see on the yellow decal at the gas stations and represents an average of RON and MON. VP uses MON because this test method is more prevalent in racing. Most other companies use RON because it is higher, easier to come by, and sounds better in marketing messages. Don't be fooled by high RON numbers or an average -- MON is the most important for a racing application. However, the ability of the fuel to resist preignition is more that just a function of octane.

In the US, anything over 94 RON is a mix of race gas. Some states have only 91 RON max, and others 93 max. I'm sure a lot of us would LOVE to have 99 at the pump. You probably have 20hp/20tq more than us, just with that gas.

There are a few random specialty gas stations (nearest to me is over an hour away) that sell 97, but the cost is 3 times that of 93 octane, since it is sold as race gas.

I'll second that. Pulling 1.6 60' times in a car with IRS and no serious suspension work isn't exactly easy.

That certainly helps! I've seen 60' times on my GTO go from 2.0 to 1.8 with nothing more than the track being prepped after a crash.
