Winter Tires...

Ok..I know there are alot of Threads about winter tires and i have been doin some research on them. Im kind of leanin towards te Blizzacks.

Jsut wondering on what some of you recommend. I'll be driving from Illinois (Champaign-Urbana) to Maryland about a 10 hour drive. And Usually Ohio is a bitch state, always snowing or rainin around winter time when i drive back. And this is gonna be my first time driving a rear-wheel drive car, instead of my brothers SUV. What tires do you think will be safe for this kind of a drive?

Thanks alot guys

Blizzak LM25 would be a great option for the stock 325i sport 225/45R17 and 255/40R17 sizes.

I went to discounttire.com and the hankook tires have really good reviews for only about $110 a tire. A lot cheaper than blizzaks

I highly recommend going with an extra set of 16" rims for the winter w/205/55/16 rubber. Blizzaks would be a good choice or Dunlop M3s.

You are probably refering to the Icebear W300. A good tire for ice, not great for deep snow. My dad has them on his Maxima, and they are also showing good wear results.
