18x8.5 and 18x10 +25 offset all around... will they fit?

I have a pre-LCI e90 with the sport package and I'm looking at a set of wheels that are 18x8.5 for the front and 18x10 for the rear and they have a +25 offset all around. I plan on running 235/40/18 and 265/35/18 sized tires. Will these fit without rubbing?

I know others have done it with 19s and the ones I have seen have been lowered with rolled fenders, but I'm wondering if in an 18 without lowering, will I need to roll the fenders.

+1. I plan on doing something very similar to that as well.

Dunno, try it out and report back. I have +25 19 9.5 with 265s in the rear and they aren't even close to rubbing, sport suspension, stock fenders, no roll.

Fronts can work, but you may need a 225 tire and the rears can work with a fender roll or a narrower tire. This is a fairly aggressive setup for a Non-M.
