Blizzak 235/40R18 91R

I found a good deal on a set of winter blizzak tires. I was wondering if anyone knows if I can install 235/40R18, 91R tires. The wheels are OEM 189 style (staggered).
According to tirerack.com, it can but the tires seem to be for light trucks (rated 91R, 106mph). The speed doesn't bother me, cause I don't intend to drive fast for the winters but will it mess up my car.

Yes. 235/40R18 will fit with no problem.

I have the exact same tires on VMR. My summer set is RFT, and the ride is definitely softer.

I'm actually gonna swap those tires to 197 (sports package wheels) because VMR is little bit thicker (9" rear i think) and looks little stretched.
