Roger Spotted?

RogerXP, were you stuck behind a Morrisons lorry on the A34 this afternoon, around 5pm?

That car of yours looks a lot better in real life than in photos. And man does it shift. Moves pretty elegantly too.

How funny . Yes, that was me, couldn't work out what that wagon was doing until I undertook it and realised it was behind that tractor!!!

I did see a silver E90 behind me and thought you were keeping pace pretty well but couldn't work out whether you were having a play or just tootling home at your own, rapid, pace .

I'm still in that booting it at every opportunity phase (much like you I'm sure) and when the by-pass is that empty it's just begging to be used properly .

I'm annoyed now as when you were alongside me I purposely didn't look over for some reason but could have said hi - did you shout me as I thought I heard something . Did notice the 330i badge as you went past (I wondered for a moment whether it was TMP but he's got a 'd').

Your motor looks good too . Will have to watch out again though.

Note - I don't always drive like that!!!

Heh. You were really shifting. Looks like your car handles pretty well, to say the least. Fine looking motor.

I did indeed say something. Wound down my window and said hello but as you say you didn't turn round before the lights changed.

I wasn't trying to catch you (honest!), but I did follow you around the inside of that lorry/tractor obstruction. Your car just seemed to fly along in front. I doubt I'd have had much chance of keeping up.

I was just returning from another blissful run up through Holmes Chapel to Kidsgrove and back. Cracking day for it. See you around again.

Well, if you're ever passing with a spare few minutes, PM me and I'll make you a coffee. You basically pass my office on your journey (my office is a couple of hundred yards away from the bottom of the bypass).

I was actually trying to catch-up a Boxster a few cars in front for a little play but lost him.

Definately give me a flash/hoot if you see me again - I can't really flash/hoot every silver E90 I see, I'd wear out my lights/horn .

Boxsters may be Roger, but don't you be getting ideas above your station when it comes to 911s

328 apparently mate. 5.5 to 62mph (100kmh) for the manual Roadster; the coupe does it in 5.3.
