I found my awesome light rim!!!

Ag forged smk monoblock *ag3-smk26

Haha I doubt the thing is even safe. It comes from Russia. It's a 17x7.5 rim and it only weighs 9.5 pounds!!!

I couldn't imagine how that would feel going to that light of a rim.

Then there is Velox pg rev 10 this one is a 17x7 that weighs like 11.2. I can at least find this one on the interwebs.

Here is a link to the velox. I can't find anything on the AG. But a 9 pound rim if it was reliable would be more than amazing. All I have found is that it's made in Russia.

We would more than likely need an adapter for both wheels.

just be sure they make those wheels in 5x120mm bolt pattern..

And i wouldn't order from a site requires a $32 fee just to register, doesn't accept credit cards, and requires you to submit your bank+checking account routing information to pay.

Wow that's very sketchy

Also the op needs to check the weight ratings for these wheels. A lot of the four lug (what i saw pictured) wheels are rated for smaller lighter vehicles

Wow that is really sketchy that they require your routing number and bank account. I don't think I will be doing business with them anytime soon.

I am pretty sure the bolt pattern is not a 5x120. I could always buy adapters and convert it but here in Utah those are illegal. But then again so is a not stock muffler or not stock headlights.

I am pretty sure the load rating is 690 kg so that about 1500 lbs which should be enough. that is about 4500 pounds. Maybe that is enough what is our GVWR?

I have seen quite a few sites say that it is 9.5 pounds though not kg. It does sound unrealistic being that light.

http://www.measurespeed.com/ag-rims-wheel-weight.php

Here is a link to the weight of the wheels. Wheelweights.net also has a big list of weights. It is an old list but that is where I found out about them anyhow.

I am actually thinking of getting a set of kosei kr4 rims on the car.

I am just trying to decide on if I want to get a 17x8 or 8.5. Would a 235 tire look stretched on an 8.5 rim?
