Road force balance?!!

Any one get a hunter Road force balance at a BMW dealership? How much did it cost you?

Not at a dealership, but a local shop around my place will mount+tire stem+road force balance tires for $60 for all 4 tires.

Road Force Balancing will vary in cost by the location, but I'd say anywhere between $60-$120 would be a fair/normal price.

I was quoted 80 for mount and normal balance

AND

120 for mount and Roadforce balance.

I am going in Saturday.

Continental Extreme Contact DWS in stock sizes on OEM 162s. Think it is necessary? Is the extra 40 going to be worth it? I have heard the DWS are usually very round.

We use a Hunter Road Force Balancer here and I would highly recommend it. Those tires are one of the more consistent ones, but you never know. It's one way to give you peace of mind I guess. That machine works wonders!
