Okay, i hate low profile tires, i like meat on my wheels, for comfort and looks. I'm a muscle car guy and the stretched look makes me cringe. I'm about to get a set of 18's and want to run a taller sidewall than average on a 275 rear.

Wheels are
18 x 8.5 ET 35
18 x 9.5 ET 33

The tires I am considering are the Continental ExtremeContact DW

So, I'm trying to keep the overall rolling diameters as close as possible for the drive train, but also keep the fat tires. I'm not at all worried about my speedometer changing from stock as the stock speedometer is already 5 mph fast.

Using the tire calculator would this work:

245/45/18 fronts
275/40/18 rears

Alternatively would this:

235/40/18 fronts
275/35/18 rears

or

245/40/18 fronts
275/35/18 rears

I'm currently freaking slammed on H&R sports/Bilstein sports, and I hate the reverse rake, the ride and the tucked rear tire. So I will likely be returning the springs to stock and/or cutting the stock springs for a tad lower ride. So keep that in mind on fitment.

Thanks, and please keep your comments positive, my personal taste is just that so keep yours to yourself.

Also I don't wanna hear recommendations that I go with 30 profile rears.

235/40/18 front 265/35/18 is the proper size you'd be fine going a little wider.

With those wheel specs I would recommend a 235/40/18 front and 265/35/18 rear. You may be able to get away with slightly wider tires overall, however the 235/265 combo is a rub free fit on stock suspension. I would definitely not recommend a 245/45/18 and 275/40/18 for your car, as it is too tall. Aside from the speedometer being too far off, it's harder on your brakes.

Additionally, I would not recommend cutting the springs. Your handling characteristics would likely be unpredictable. If you are looking to even out the front and rear wheel gap/rake, you should invest in some coilovers.
