Help me with custom offsets :)

So I'm going to be picking up a set of 3 pc forged wheels soon, and could use some advice on aggressive offsets!

Car: E92

Goals:
1. 10" or 10.5" rear
2. Flush fitment with minor (or none)
3. No excessive camber
4. Low friendly, but not TOO low. I'm on ST's and want to be able to drive around Houston
5. 9 or 9.5" front
6. Even stretch on both front and rear
7. I will roll fenders, but not pull
8. GOOD summer tire. No Falken 452's, even though I know they're good for stretch.

Any offset suggestions? I know there are a lot of variables that play into this, so I appreciate the expertise.

I'm running 235/35-19 font, and 265/30-19 for the rear with semi aggressive wheels.

BBS CH
Front - 19x8.5 +20
Rear - 19x10 +20

This look gave me a flush look, but not hella flush.

Since you're going to run 9 or 9.5 front, your offset should be around 20 or 25 to be safe.

19x9.5 /10.5

+22 all around for some hella hella or +30 if you want big tires or goin super low

Don't want hella, just flush. Would the +30 allow for 245F/275R w/ very close to flush fitment & no rub?

I'm Still on stock suspension and with no spacers. Rolled fenders but still rub just a little with fat people in the back. Tires are Hankook V12 btw.

You can do +30 with 245 and 275 and it should look perfect, and will not rub with fenders already rolled.
