Hahaha!

I am on my second set of Hankooks on M3 wheels. Best bang for the buck, especially if you will be drifting! Guess who else wears those shoes?

BMW!!! Yeah, yeah, they also have a contract with Hankook, which is trying to make good press for itself.

But if they use it, then you should be able to abuse it, too! LOL

I got 'em cuz they're inexpensive, but not CHEAP. Check this review:

LMK what you get...

Stock for e92 would be Style 189? Just guessing.

Get a set of OEM 225/40/18 front, 255/35/18 rear if they are staggered (8.0F/8.5R). Or you could go one plus size: 235/40F, 265/35R if you get larger width wheels. I have the plus size on my ride on 8.5F/9.5R OEM 219M M3 wheels.

I have Hankook Ventus V12 Evo from Tire Rack. After break-in period (~500 miles) you should be able to feel the grip. Since they are also non-RFT, I add a little more psi front and back (36F/42R) where normal on my door jamb is 32F/38R for a minimum load. If you plan to do some drifting, I would recommend the higher psi.

You know what, it is ultimately your choice on what to run on your ride...Yes, the Hankooks are not as cheap as the Nittos...you get what you pay for...just offering my opinion, since you asked...not trying to sway or influence you to buy the best value tires IMO that I have found.

GL with your decision and happy drifting!
