I am on my second set of Hankooks on M3 wheels. Best bang for the buck, especially if you will be drifting! Guess who else wears those shoes? BMW!!! Yeah, yeah, they also have a contract with Hankook, which is trying to make good press for itself. But if they use it, then you should be able to abuse it, too! LOL I got 'em cuz they're inexpensive, but not CHEAP. Check this review: http://www.caranddriver.com/comparis...12-evo-page-10 LMK what you get...

Get a set of OEM 225/40/18 front, 255/35/18 rear if they are staggered (8.0F/8.5R). Or you could go one plus size: 235/40F, 265/35R if you get larger width wheels. I have the plus size on my ride on 8.5F/9.5R OEM 219M M3 wheels. I have Hankook Ventus V12 Evo from Tire Rack. After break-in period (~500 miles) you should be able to feel the grip. Since they are also non-RFT, I add a little more psi front and back (36F/42R) where normal on my door jamb is 32F/38R for a minimum load. If you plan to do some drifting, I would recommend the higher psi.
