Avant Garde M310 Wheel caps gone missing
So I finally got my winter setup mounted last week, Avant Garde m310s in matte black. Haven't been too many places with them, just work, and the mall to do some Christmas shopping, and I drive to my girlfreind's parents house for Chistmas and notice something odd.
Where I once had nice black Avant Garde wheel center caps, I now have shiny chrome pieces instead. It seems as if the label section of the caps has either seperated spontaneously on all four wheels at once, or someone has managed to pry off all the labels sometime. I'm guessing its the second, but what would be the point of stealing those? The rest of the center cap that covers the wheel hub is still in the wheels, and theres no sign of any tampering in the thin layer of dirt and road grime on the wheels. (forgive me for the dirt, its winter here) Is it possible that they actually did come off on their own? Its not a big deal, because I was planning on switching to BMW logo style center caps at some point, but now I'm stuck with shiny chrome disks in the the center of my nice black wheels. Anybody have any extra Avant Garde caps sitting around, or any BMW caps that will fit? I believe they are 60 mm across the front, and maybe 55mm at the back, smaller than my stock sport pkg wheels caps for sure, as they wouldn't fit. Can anyone that has these (in 18" size if that matters) confirm the correct size so I can hunt for some on ebay. Is there any way I can pop these out while on the car, without having to remove the wheels and pop them from the back? thanks Brent |

i found a very simple solution for you, call avantgarde wheels at 1-877-298-8398
ask for EZ or John and tell them your caps fell out and if they can "please" send you a free set. ( they more likely will) tell them Carlos from MRR Wheels sent you over, they owe me a favor or two. Happy new years !!! |
