Confused about Winter Tire /Pressure Readings

Hi,

I live in Toronto, Canada and just received my new 335is Cabriolet.
I'm looking at the Gislaved Nordfrost 5, as this was told by my buddies who own an Audi and Mercedes that this tire is the best bang for the buck.

Just curious - the GN5 is 225/45 R 17 94 T XL FR...but when i look at my BMW Manual, it doesnt give a tire inflation pressure for this type of wheel...everything is V, H, or R - does this mean this tire I can't use? or do i just inflate according to the manufatures specifcations?

thanks!

(by the way...if you have any thoughts on this tire, or another tire i should get, please let me know!)
