USA F80 M3 Order with Option List (from demo order guide)

Here is the option list of my F80 M3. It is as official as it can be since this printout came from my dealer's printer. Prices are shown as "blocked" as they are not yet available. Build date should be some time in March.

I have the following options:

Quote:
15TN M3 Sedan
A29 Silverstone Metallic
X3DA Sakhir Orange/Black Full Merino Leather
ZDB Driver Assistance Plus
ZEP lighting Package
ZEC Executive Package
2MK MDCT
2VF Adaptive M Suspension
2VZ 19 black Light-Alloy Wheels
415 Power rear sunshade (includes 417 side window sunshades)
688 Harman Kardon Surround Sound System
6NS Enhanced USB & Bluetooth Plus Smartphone Integration
The only options that I didn't include are the Carbon Ceramic Brakes, Parking Assistant, and Concierge services.

Things I found out or confirmed today:
  • 417 rear side window sunshades are either standard or come with 415 powered rear sunshade
  • Harman Kardon sound system requires full leather
    • The ordering system would not let my SA add HK until full leather is also selected, could be a glitch, something to be confirmed later.
  • Heated front and rear seats may be standard. My SA didn't explicitly choose them and they show up in the final printout automatically.
  • Items listed below are likely to be standard options as they were not ordered explicitly.

Quote:
1CA CO2 relevant vehicles
2VB Tire pressure monitor
302 Anti-theft alarm system
319 Universal garage-door opener
423 Floor mats
430 Auto-dimming interior and exterior mirrors
459 Power front seats with driver seat memory
493 Storage package
494 Heated front seats
496 Heated rear seats
4AE Adjustable front armrest
4MC Carbon Fiber Interior Trim
575 Additional 12-V power sockets
5AP Decoding for no-dazzle high-beam assistance
609 Navigation system
697 DVD Area coding (North America)
6AC BMW Assist eCall
6AE BMW TeleServices
6AK BMW Online and BMW Apps
6AM Advanced Real-time Traffic Information
6AP Remote Services
760 Shadowline exterior trim
8KL Oil chg 10,000 mls/12 months
8S4 Variable Light Decoding
8TN Daytime driving lights
925 Shipping package
9AA Transport protection
Hope this helps with your M3/M4 orders. Good luck!

Thanks for sharing. No upgraded Audio without full leather??? Got to be a glitch, never heard of that requirement in any BMW or any other car for that matter. Congrats, to the order!

Thanks Solstice. I think I may remove Driving Assistant Plus and add the surround cameras back as a la carte. I read on the F30 forum that the blind spot detection triggers radar detectors false alerts (with V1 you can avoid false alerts by turning off POP) and lane departure warning is too sensitive. I can do without these nannies.

No official US order guides have been released yet just a FYI. That order form is based off the dealer launch car guide hence why the pricing is blocked. I would think the reg order guides should be roughly the same when they come out, hoping we get them very soon! seems like its taking forever

yes, we have definitely reached the "annoying" stage on this wait, getting close to the "extremely annoying" stage at this point.

I think it will be released this week. the configurator needs to be up as well.

^^I agree, however is what it is and there is nothing we can do about it so we will just have to sit back and relax and wait . David is on the lookout for any updates everyday so hopefully something pops up soon!

This requirement is in line with the E9x M3 Individual Audio requiring Navigation, and Extended Leather requiring Navigation.

Or another way of making a $1000 option a $3000 option.

That upgraded Audio requires navigation is quite common but full leather to order upgraded Audio? I've never heard about that one. But as you say whatever can force more options on customers I guess.

This is nice..

Navi, heated seats and carbon fiber trim I paid for. If I member it cost 3,500 including the tech package.

As GOLFFRR says, this is from the launch/demo orders and will change. No dealers have allocations yet. March production is not realistic, as most sources say April for the demos. Sorry to be Eyore!

That's correct.

March production is only for launch/demo cars for dealers. Customer cars will begin production in late April.

That is unless your dealer allowed you to custom order your car in their "launch car" slot. Like me.

Incidentally, my vehicle was able to be ordered with HK and "extended" leather. FYI

My dealer is allowing me to order the launch car, but I don't like having to order full leather to get HK sound. Do you think that will change for customer orders?

Wish my dealer would allow me to order the launch car. They said it is reserved for the dealer because a number of the people on the list want test drives.
