Are you planning to keep the car for over 4 years? If no, then why do you need the extended warranty? Drop it.

Damn. How much are they charging you for the extended warranty? At $78,000, you should be around $83,300 including tax and tags. That would be approx $8700 for the warranty unless there is something missing here.
