Great. Singularity had posted he had lost the farts and explosions, but he has the Sport + Eisenmann midpipes.
So this means that it is the Eisenmann mid-pipes which are deleting this feature, not the Eisenmann axleback portion.
Could you tell us a bit more about how it changes the sound inside the cabin relative to OEM?

Sure. When normal driving, there is a very very slight increase in volume. The pitch is slightly higher as well. Down shifts in D3 sound awesome. Its best described as a different kind of fart. When you really get on it, WOW! It screams. Inside volume triples what stock would sound like.
