It is not, look at the 'Adaptive Cruise Control' in the grille. In a normally 5 series it is on the center in the bottom grille.
So it is definitely an M5.

If not the spoiler and lexus lights, it would look good. That "Adaptive Cruise Control" in the grill is night vision camera by the way.

Not ugly, just looks like the owner is a dope. To me a truly ugly car is that doo-doo brown one from a while back.

You may be right that it is an M5, however the thing in the grille is not adaptive cruise but night vision. It looks the same on M5 and non-M models.
