low Oil warning after dealer service
Car went into BMW for service they inform me my oil pan has been leaking like crazy car only has 45k miles on it had no idea that was the case. They went ahead and replaced the oil pan gasket, 2 weeks later pick up my car literally 10 miles into my drive the minimum oil level warning light came on WTH! Got the car home and called the dealer they said its very common that these cars consume oil makes no sense to me after fresh oil was added and driven 10 miles. I added 1 quart light went away and then came right back on!! I did a test through IDRIVE and now its saying below minimum, I added another quart and it went over the minimum level. I called them that I am towing my car back to them to fix it because now I really don't know how much oil is in my car. I think they damaged the oil sensor and which they deny. Two days later which is today they call me my car is done that the oil was very low???!! WTH you guys just added new oil after replacing the gasket there is no way the sensor would read below minimum something isn't making sense ..
